At a glance
- Content Momentum has a three-month minimum commitment and is billed monthly in advance.
- Each paid billing cycle issues 12 production credits. Unused credits may roll forward once, up to 12 credits, and then expire.
- After the initial commitment, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice. Subscription charges are non-refundable after the cycle starts except where law requires otherwise.
- Overdue subscriptions may be paused or cancelled. Reactivation depends on payment of overdue balances and available capacity.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Content Momentum subscription. It supplements Meridian's Terms of Use and applies to that subscription where it is incorporated into the checkout flow or an applicable engagement document.
If applicable law or a signed agreement gives a customer a non-waivable right or a different agreed term, that law or agreement controls to that extent.
2. Billing and minimum term
- Content Momentum is USD 1,250 per month, billed in advance on the recurring billing date.
- The subscription has a minimum initial commitment of three consecutive billing cycles, equal to USD 3,750 before any applicable taxes.
- After the initial commitment, the subscription continues monthly unless cancelled under this policy.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes unless Meridian clearly states otherwise at checkout or on an invoice.
3. Production credits
- Twelve production credits are issued when a paid billing cycle begins.
- Credits may be used only for the approved deliverable menu and are subject to Meridian's production capacity, timely client inputs, and the applicable request and approval process.
- Up to 12 unused credits may roll into the immediately following paid billing cycle only.
- Carried-over credits expire at the end of that following cycle. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
4. Cancellation
- The subscription cannot be cancelled during its initial three-month commitment except where required by applicable law or agreed by Meridian in writing.
- After the initial commitment, cancellation requires at least 30 days' written notice through Meridian's designated billing contact channel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the final paid billing cycle. Work, credits, and access remain available only through that cycle, subject to this policy and any payment hold.
5. Refunds
- Subscription charges are non-refundable after a billing cycle begins, except where Meridian agrees otherwise in writing or a refund is required by applicable law.
- Meridian will investigate a documented duplicate charge, billing error, or failure to provide the purchased subscription service caused by Meridian before determining an appropriate remedy.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
- Customers should contact Meridian about a billing concern before initiating a chargeback, without limiting any rights they cannot waive by law.
6. Failed payments and reactivation
- Meridian or its payment provider may retry a failed payment and send notices using the billing contact information on record.
- Meridian may decline new production requests while payment is overdue and may pause scheduled publishing and other subscription work after seven days.
- If payment remains outstanding for 14 days, Meridian may cancel the subscription and unused credits may expire.
- Reactivation requires payment of overdue balances and is subject to Meridian's available production capacity.
7. Taxes and invoices
Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, and similar governmental charges that Meridian is legally required to collect in connection with a subscription, other than taxes based on Meridian's net income.
Where required, Meridian may use its payment provider to calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes. A customer seeking an exemption must provide valid documentation before checkout or invoice issuance, subject to Meridian's verification process.
